XVA1 Beta 5

I had left the final bits to implement in last XVA1 beta. They turned out to be harder than I thought, but they are in now.

XVA1 now has two analog inputs, which will receive CV info (downscaled to 0-3.3V). The inputs can be used to modulate pitch, cutoff, pulse width and volume, simultaneously and with adjustable depth.

Also, the temperature sensor inside the FPGA can be a modulation source for those same destinations.

Parameters 220 to 231 were added to control each depth (if you have previously saved patches, you will need to set parameters 220-228 to value 128 as they are bipolar).

Voltages need to be feed into pins 15 and 16 of the CMOD-A7 (in J1).

CAUTION: feeding voltages above 3.3V will fry your CMOD board.

Also, added a SMEAR parameter to the delay unit, to introduce signal degradation in the feedback path:

0 = no smear (32-bit)
1= 16-bit
2=15-bit
3=14-bit
4=13-bit
5=12-bit
6=11-bit
7=10-bit
