XVA1 Beta 4

Here’s the final beta for XVA1 A few new goodies:

• Four new LFO waveforms (sin(x) + sin(2x), sin(x) + sin(3x), sin(x)^3, guitar vibrato (unipolar).
• RANGE parameter for LFO speed, expands it from very slow to audio range.
• MIDI performance controls expanded from 4 to 8
• Several bugfixes and minor enhancements

Please note that the OUTPUT, GAIN PRE FX and GAIN POST FX parameter numbers did change as to have a more logical numbering.

Also, the MIDI SYSEX ID number for XVA1 is now hex 44.
