XFM2: Firmware

Happy Friday!

As of today, the last day of January 2020, the XFM2 firmware and installation procedure are live. It is now possible to build your own XFM2 module and have it running in about ten minutes.

The installation procedure is slightly more convoluted than XFM’s, because the CMOD A7 doesn’t have native functionality to directly load the firmware into flash (requiring one more step to load a custom bootloader). Still, it should be fairly simple to both experienced builders and beginners.
